Is it possible to give  orders to specific players or just to 1 player?
Example: In UT99 you had the choice to tell 1 player or tell all to defend,
attack, etc.
In UT2004 you do not appear to have the choice.

How do I play maps I've downloaded from other servers locally?

Why won't UT2004 recognize my USB joystick? I have a Logitech Extreme 3D Pro
USB joystick installed and the game will not see it when I try to configure
settings. It has no trouble with my Microsoft Sidewinder (parallel port)

How do you get bot teammates to join you in a Goliath or any other vehicle.
I know you can honk the horn for the Hellbender to have a teammate join you
in the vehicle, but that does not work for the other land vehicles. Please
