Servers27 Sep 2005 13:34 GMT2
I've been playing a bit of CS:Source recently and I found that a UK
server was able to swap me to another server with the same company as
that server had filled up. Would similar systems be good for UT?
Would it be a good idea to go even further and round up almost empty
question on removing extras. . . .27 Sep 2005 05:16 GMT5
Im asking this question for somebody else, so I hope I get this right.
Is there any way one can un-install disk 2 of the Totally Unreal
Tournament-Game of the Yr edition and just be able to play the game without
all those extras??
Teamspeak crashing UT200418 Sep 2005 01:33 GMT8
Greetings, all.
I am seeking help with what seems to be a conflict between Teamspeak (TS)
and Unreal Tournament 2004 (UT2004). Not that I am 100% certain, but it
does seem to be that everytime I have TS running and UT2004 running at the
fps & ping15 Sep 2005 19:17 GMT13
What would be considered average fps?  What would be considered good?
What would be considered excellent?
Also the same as above for pings.  Noob question here, how do I check
in game ping.  I've read that the pings shown on the console are
Haxs15 Sep 2005 19:15 GMT15
A player on a dialup ping has thes *haxs* that help him in the game...they
are not picked up by CSHP or NoBull .He is a really good player and he kiks
the arse  of most players around.
Is he cheating?..I think so because it seems almost imposible to kill him.
Keybinds15 Sep 2005 14:58 GMT2
OK, someone in the AGUT2003 group complained about the traffic.  Well,
here is another one.  I know this has been done over, and I did the
google search.  I then tried to setup a keybind for the double jump.
Is that even possible?  I entered StrafeRight | StrafeRight | Jump.
Teflon powder for Mice15 Sep 2005 01:34 GMT21
If you, like me, like ultra low friction on your mouse, you may find
that even a gaming mouse and gaming mouse moused may not be enough.  For
us, there is a solution, and it's teflon powder.  It's sold in model
railroad supply stores, in a small bottle with a needle type applicator

.ut4mod Installation in UT2004 simply fails to work14 Sep 2005 17:29 GMT6
I recently installed UT2004 and managed to install Red Orchestra from
.ut4mod successfully.  Now I'm trying to install another mod from
.ut4mod and it's just not working.  It simply doesn't do anything.  I
double-click on the .ut4mod file and bam, nothing.  So I downloaded
UT & XP13 Sep 2005 10:12 GMT4
After installing UT onto my XP machine, it keeps asking for disk 1  -
which is in the machine!  Anyone have the same experience?
It's UT 4.0...   Thanks in advance.
Oh  -  and I tried the "no-cd" cheat version of the .exe file, and it
UTDC.dll12 Sep 2005 23:52 GMT10
Some servers require UTDC.dll, but I've never been able to successfully
install it automatically.
Does anyone know where to get this file manually and where to install it ?
Thanks in adv,
Renting a server12 Sep 2005 17:51 GMT6
I'd like to put up a UT server.
- Preferably rent it. From who? Better/Worse providers? Suggestions? Cost?
- Low Ping for as many people as possible. How determined?
- 16-20 slots.
