Right after you get the Excaliber, you're supposed to use it to open the
door on the ground level. As much as I swing, I can't open the door. Help!

Since Microsoft now offer Virtual PC as a free download, I thought I'd give
it a go last night and see if there was any chance of getting TR1 working
again. I managed to install and run an old copy of Windows 98 OK, but when I
try to install TR1 I get a blank screen and a frozen ...

It's been a while, possibly at least a month, since I've dealt with
Rutland towards the end of the West Africa level. Too taxing to be
enjoyable. To make things worse when I decided to give it another try
two nights ago, the game somehow reverts back to the part where Lara

In trying to start VDM siund for TR1, I get a message that says I have
to be signing on as an administrator.
I'm the only person on that computer, it's a standard windows 98 setup
(god how archaic :)).

How can you complete the Bolivia time trial in only 12:30?
In the puzzle room with the three boxes that must be moved onto the pressure
plates, I just got two boxes raised to the upper platform when time ran out.
I only made one mistake up to that point, which cost me maybe 30 ...

I am done with Legend, but I haven't done the time trial, which I want
to complete at a later time. Now I need disk space, and wonder if I can
uninstall the game and still keep the save information. There are some
pretty huge "bigfile.000" etc. I don't want to replay all the game ...

I've just restarted the first level in order to pick up some more
rewards(I'm at 91 %), but I'd discovered that
if I don't complete the entire level(in one session) I have to replay it
from the beginning :-(

All those Raiders in favourof having TR1 remade with the modern graphics
ability of the new video cards, hold your hand up.
With a few extra puzzles and timed runs thrown in but better movement
controls (like the original TR1). WOW what a seller that would be.
