Swimming TRIII31 Mar 2005 23:16 GMT5
Having awful problems controlling Lara's swimming........can't make it to to
the two levers in the underwater passageways, and when I do get them pulled,
on returning the same way I came, I don't see any 'trapdoor' above before I
would return to the pool I started in (the one with ...

TR, of any sort, on PSP ?27 Mar 2005 16:08 GMT3
Mostly a rhetorical question...
Eidos doesn't have a version of Tomb Raider for the new SONY PSP (until,
maybe, TR 7 if it ever comes out)... and there doesn't seem to be a way
yet to play the older ones on it...
Any takers for TR1 Gold? - going, going ...27 Mar 2005 05:31 GMT2
I've only had two respondents so far ...
While I suppose that would work out perfectly, since I only have two
copies, I just wanted to be sure...
can't drag this out forever!   (I haven't got that kind of patience)
AGT: FAQs?27 Mar 2005 01:35 GMT8
Is there an FAQ for this newsgroup and if so, where can I find it?
I don't want to violate the ethos of the group but since there has
been some discussion of extra levels, I have wondered whether it's
appropriate to post them here. Perhaps authors of new levels are very
TR3 question26 Mar 2005 15:44 GMT3
I have a vague recollection of downloading  the 'Lost Artefact' levels from
somewhere a long time ago, but can't recall where I got it from, and whether
or not it was the whole 5 levels, or just a 'demo'  with only 'some' of the
levels. Can anyone put me straight on this score as ...
TR3 Premier Edition - where to buy?26 Mar 2005 04:29 GMT6
Where can I buy TR3 Premier Edition with the 5 extra levels? (The Lost
Artefact - PC Version).
I've looked everywhere, almost!
Can anyone help out? I'm in the UK.
Need help with TRLA Demo!26 Mar 2005 04:28 GMT1
I just played my first-ever TR 'game' tonight, after D/L'ing the demo of
TR3 - Lost Artefact! It is fantastic! I want to buy this game and ALL of
them now! Big question now....'I can't finish the demo as I am stuck! I am
in 'The Highlands' level and I seem to have swamps in front ...
wished for items25 Mar 2005 13:39 GMT12
as I were watching Lara turn into a crispy critter(more often than I liked),
was thinking that a fire suppression system built into her lunch box would
sure come in handy. perhaps a one time use halon unit that would extinguish
lara entirely, and/or a co2 system that would only ...
Any takers for TR1 Gold?25 Mar 2005 01:18 GMT8
I was wandering around Best Buy the other day ...
I noticed a couple copies of the "Platinum collection" of Eidos TR1 Gold
(TR1 plus extra levels) and got curious.
Seems they only run $3.00 US these days.  So I picked up all two of
what is it with lara and vehicles25 Mar 2005 00:28 GMT15
what do the snowmachine, land rover, quad bike, and motorcycle all have in
common? ans. they all explode when they hit water. the Q is why. is it the
'lucas' electrical system? or something else. I might believe the
snowmachine (hot engine + cold water) but the others should be ...
Linux Raider?25 Mar 2005 00:17 GMT2
I would like to replay the original Tomb Raider CD.
However: Since my TR1 CD broke a couple of months ago,
and I had to upgrade my Windows operating system to XP,
I do not want to buy a new CD without knowing
TR1 - who remembers the story. 23 Mar 2005 23:41 GMT7
For all of those who cannot remember or wish to recall the story of Tomb
Raider 1 you can see the whole plot unfold here in words and pictures.

The second instalment is on the way.
Speaking of snowmobiles...23 Mar 2005 13:58 GMT3
I'd be interested to know what others did to combat the ARMED
snowmobile, in the Tibetan Foothills section of TR2. Just to see if
their tactics matched up to my own - as I only ever found one way to
keep it from 'icing' Our Lady of Perpetual Gunfire.
