So just to be clear the exact problem:
The computer worked fine with the new card, several time it woke up
properly out of energy saving mode but after four or five hours it
didn't anymore.

Will I break my game if I move a Downtown business lot into the house/lot
bin and then add it to a custom Downtown in a new neighborhood?
Also can I do the same with empty houses in other neighborhoods...move them
to a custom neighborhood. I am finding some houses in the latest

I couldn't sustain even a simple city in strategic mode... not even a few farms
and houses... seems to be a random amount of money earned each day...  went into
debt $2000 a day and could only earn $500... and so I can't buy anything... pure
stupid game play... and this in NORMAL ...
