Don't ask why as I don't know.  When KIS and Clean Installer are both

I've had this problem with my computer on and off for the last six
months.  It went away for a while so I assumed something I'd done had
fixed the problem (I'd defragged, run disk check, cleared off all non
essential startup programs, and run a disk and registry cleanup

Is there a benefit to boosting the level of your Greek House?  My
seven-member frat is currently at level 3.
Trying in vain to co-ordinate that many sims made me wonder if there is a
point to all that madness.
