I discovered something while making yet more buildings for my university
last night and I thought I'd pass it on.  People have been disappointed
about the lack of restaurants with the new game and first expansion (we're

Sims won't start up any more. Only the start screen.
(some weeks ago the sound didnt work, bit at least the program)
I have windows-XP and removed quite some media-programs.
Anyone have a solution????

Except for Adults, it appears that Speedo-style swimsuits and briefs as
underwear are not available choices for male Sims, only the loose,
baggy, boxer-style swimsuits and boxers as underwear.  I find this

Here's an interesting "feature" I've found in The Sims University. It
certainly does it in my game; don't know if others have experienced the
same.

I've had University for a while, no real major problem with it.
I recently got me a new machine, installed TS2 and University, and copied
everything under my old machine's My Documents to it.  I didn't get much of

In My Documents I have a special folder for my Sims 2 downloads (from
there I install them to the right directory), all catagorized in their
own folder (hair, objects, hack, etc). Yesterday everything was there.
After I uninstalled McAfee Security Suite (subscription expired) and

When a Sim plays chess with another Sim, both Sim develop Logic skill if
they're both playable Sims.  In such a case, does the speed at which the
lower-skilled Sim learns get modified based on the other Sim's skill, or
is it strictly based on the Sim's own skill level?
