Disaster struck me last night. I had just finished playing Sims2 a little bit and had exited the program. It always makes my computer very sluggish afterwards, so, like always, I rebooted. After the WindowsXP splash screen, I got a blue screen with only the mouse

i haven't been able to get the nudity cheat ('intprop censorgridsize 0') to work and i've read hear that others have had a similar problem. the screen just freezes while they're in the shower or whatever and then resumes when they put on clothes. is this how it works on the pc

You're not supposed to have a Sim fix a broken appliance if they don't have a lot of mechanical points, because they can be electrocuted. So what happens? You call a mechanic...and he comes over AND STICKS A METAL SCREWDRIVER INTO THE PLUGGED-IN DEVICE!!!

I've been working up a bunch of houses, a few of which seem to work pretty well. What I'd like to do is make it possible for a neighborhood to have more than one copy of a given house - for some of my less expensive designs, I'm thinking in terms of being able to make a section

I have problems putting ponds on my lots... When I try to put a pond it turns bright RED, I have absolutly no idea why, and if the lot, like a Maxis one already has a pond it's fine.... ANY IDEAS?!?!

I got a used copy of the Sims 2 and tried installing it. I kept getting error messages about being unable to transfer files from the DVD and this kept happening until I followed the directions from the EA site telling me how to change my DVD-ROM from DMA transfer mode to

Help! My computer refuses point blank to extract any zips (or as winrar) from the uni CD .. OR any backedup CD Zip Sim packages. Pathways as: extracting Objects file to: University\ TSData\Res\Objects... as usual.
