Anyone have any idea why it is some dorms get bills, and some don't?

I lost my game a while back and have since been busy replacing my
collection of downloads. A lot of them don't show up, however. Any

One of my sims got engaged while at university. Now he has graduated. He
can invite his fiancee over, they're still engaged, they're still in love,
they can whohoo no problem -- but they can't marry. There is no "Propose"
interaction when I click on the fiancee; I got a wedding arch ...

Subject says it all, basically.  I have a Sim that just turned teen, and
I'm wondering how long I can play him as a teen and still be able to
send him to college without having something stupid happen, like growing
up at college and not being able to finish because he's too old.

Okay, this is getting out of hand.  First it was just the one household with
the husband and the alien baby that crashed my game every time he tried to
give birth.  Now it's happening with all my families!  Nobody can give birth

A few of my downloads have shown up in the game blued out.  There's just
this blue "hole" where the object should be.  Does this mean University
is required and the object won't show up because I haven't installed it
yet, or something else?

Does anyone know is there any hzacked object you can use to change sim`s
lifetime wish or dream or whatever so that they could have platinum
aspiration till the rest of their lifes?
