I decided to open this discussion here, because Usenet is typically

My conundrum is that I have created a functioning set of prison objects
so that you can actually run a prison with neighbours as prisoners.  So

I have fully re-installed and downloaded with no problems until the game
starts and enters the blue screens and begins to load the game. I instantly
get kicked back to windows. This is The Deluxe Edition.
