I'm new to the Sims. I played it at a friends house and really had fun with
it. I guess I never realized I was a control freak with voyeuristic
tendencies. I'm guessing (and kind of hoping) that some of you may be as
well. LOL.

Finally, I found the cause of keeping me rebooted during
installation/patching. It's the Norton Anti Virus's "Enable File
System Real Time Protection". Now I can enjoy MM (hopefully) 2 days
after I bought it. Thanks to everyone who has replied my post. Thanks

are people out there that don't know to do this.)
Reboot so you have a clean start.  Once your system is up and before loading
anything and while you are at your desktop do a ctrl/alt/del ONCE.  Don't do

I have bought Makin Magic and couldn't get it to install. The first 2
times, the system just keep staying at the "patching previous sims
programs" (can't remember exact wording) and then rebooted itself

going through it all to download stuff again,
and I just have to say something about crystal dreamer's heads.
