I made the mistake of shift-clicking on the mailbox while debug mode was on
and choosing "Make friends for me" on a sim that had a ton of acquaintances.
Now the bars are down to just over 50 and the phone rings over and over and

another question for the group.
after going through all my downloads to scan for the application that was
crashing the system I now find all my skins have converted to the default

There are a few computers running sims2 here, can we copy the my docs/ sims2
data folders to CDRs and replace the one on another machine?
In other words, play someone elses world on my machine?
And then put the original back?

I want to get a lot back from the original game, I've modified all the lots in
the game but want just one house changed back to the original without reloading
and trashing all the rest.
Is the house lot easy to just get from the cd?

My sim wants to promote a worker, but i cant. What do i need/does the worker
need to be pronmoted?
Also, if they are a manager, does that mean that they can control when sims
take breaks? (I have one very fussy worker)

Okay, to make a long story short I had to rebuilt my system when it locked
up re-installing XP.
