previously I could double click on a package file on this computer and it
would install but now when I try to double click on a package file the sims2
content installer says that I need to double click on a package file to
install the content.

I bought Sims-2 for my two daughters and they love
the game.
However, they always need to insert CD-1 to get it
started.

I have some community lots with bars in them..
how does one make a bar in a community lot since it's not one of the items
in the buy list..
how can you get the residential items into the community lots?

My sims are speaking french or something, and I'm American and I can't find
any way to change it so how do you do it ?
I tryed the options and there is stuff for video and sound but i didnt see
nothing that lets you change the language.

Last night, I was loading BodyShop after exiting the full game.  While
I was waiting for it to load, I installed a floor using Sims2Pack
Clean Installer, thinking that because it wasn't clothesmakeup, etc.,
it wouldn't interfere with BodyShop.  I don't know if that was what

One of my sims spontaneously cloned himself, and I do not know how to
eliminate the wrong clone without distorting the game.
Sim A lived alone, and was engaged to sim B, also living alone. At B's
home, they married, had a nice party and A moved in to B. Now, A's home

I go to Build mode, I click on wall, then I try to click and Drag.
ABSOLUTELY nothing happens
the terrain is flat, everything seems fine, I just can't seem to do anything
whatsoever in build mode - what's going on???
