resident evil 5 looks good. anyone else think so?

Just ordered RE4 a couple of weeks ago and it arrived this morning.
However on both discs on gamecube says it cannot read the discs.
Is it possible that this is a USA version (I live in the UK) and
that usa discs are not compatible with European machines?

Haven't gone to se the movie yet, may wait for it to come out on DVD,
Anyoine seen it yet, and have any comments?

Big article in the new issue of Gameinformer magazine about the RE game
series and the huge franchise that it has become for Capcom.  Wondered if
anyone else read it, and if anyone has comments, esp. since ther is no RE
traffic in the group.
