I have an asymmetric cable connection -3 Mbit down but only 250 Kbit
up; can I make a decent Quake III server with this kind of connection?
If I can, why am I getting a lot of lag?

Why is here so few servers for True Combat ? This afternoon, I tried to
connect. Only 4 rooms were available and in the firt one, a guy of my team
killed me from behind before kicking me of the server... Same
result,(without the first humiliation ;-) on the other three.

I recently found my old copy of Quake 1. I re-downloaded Quakeworld,
and updated to version 1.08. I set-up All Seeing Eye for QW and I get
plenty of servers. Which surprised me after all of these years.
The problem I have run into is that all the servers show to be running

Hey dude, just wanted to say thanks for recommending the Sony flat
screen monitors, I ended up getting an SDM-X73. Which I guess is pretty
similar to what you have. Does yours have DVI? If it does I'm curious
what your experience my be with watching DVDs on it.

Any Thoughts from anyone on mouse acceleration? Pro or con?
I just can't seem to zone in on players who move about... My aiming is
shaky at best, my pointer goes all over the place. Settings?
