matter anyways)
I am at the Ice prison, where I am supposed to free the knower of the names,

just bought the deluxe NWN. Like the game very much!!! Any tips on tutorial
websites to learn more how to play the game?

A couple of friends and I have decided that it might be fun to join an
online Persistent World as a group. we're all new to online NWN, but are
familiar with the game, and have a goodly nunmber of years of PnP gaming
behind us (over 20 years in one instance!)

I am a fighter looking to get into champion of torm but my alignment shifted
toward evil. how do I shift it back?

I'm on the "Get the Star Ruby (?)"-mission in Coldwood, in the dungie with
all the undead, liches and the imprisoned succubus.
There's a room there with four pedestals, and I seem to have blown one of
the pedestals to shreds with an expanded fireball-spell (it was kinda

Funny how you need to be on the internet *everytime* you try to play or save
with one of the premium modules.... except I'm not laughing. Microsoft just
fell into second place for the ability to inconvenience it's customers. Even
they don't make you authenticate *everytime* you ...

I started an elf Ranger, but think it would be nice to have a few Rogue
skills. The rules say that Wizard is the favored class, and there is a 20%
XP penalty when the secondary class is not within 1 level of the Favored
Class. Since I am NOT playing an elf in his favored class:

In NWN , is there any way to switch characters after  starting to a
module?  I am about 80% finished with a long module, and have
determined that all of the end characters have high magic resistance,
which is a pain for my Sorc.  I want to swich for a fighter or druid.

I normally mock people for this... but I lost my CD key and can't
reinstall NWN.  I had one of the stupid versions, where there was a
seperate piece of paper (purple IIRC) that had a key because the one
in the manual didn't work.  

I'm playing NWN Platinum patched to 1.65. Have killed off Vix'thra et al,
and gone through return to seer/talk to Valsharess sequence. Am now standing
in the courtyard trying to give instructions for the coming battle, but ---
my character (Paladin lvl 23) is rooted to the spot and ...

I enjoyed NWN original and HOU without problem so I am trying SOU for the
first time. All three are installed. Now I am stack at beginning of chapter
two. I have tried several times but I can't go anywhere else from the second
room in chapter two.

I was wondering if there was something i could do to make it where i could
choose the different official campaigns NPC's voices when i create a
character.
I would like to be able to use the voice of Halaster or the Reaper in
