I thought I had installed it so that it would run off my hard drive, but
it's still asking for the CD, which I obvisouly don't want to carry all over
the place with me...
How do I arrange the install to run completely off my hard drive?

I just by Medal of honor allied assault v1.11. I play in single mode. I
can't use cheat code. I open the game with : "C:\Program Files\EA
GAMES\MOHDA\MOHAA.exe" +set ui_console 1 +set cheats 1 +set
thereisnomonkey 1

A couple of friends and I have played MOHAA Allied Assult and Spearhead
over the net for a couple of years. All of a sudden no matter which one
of us trys to start a server no one else can see it. It is as if no
server is started. Have tried reloading MOHAA to no avail. Have tried
