The latest UK DVD Edition of PC Gamer (May) has 4.5GB of HL2 and CS:S
patches and updates including the bots for CS:S - in fact the full Steam

Counter-strike REQUIRES UPDATE Amount aquired 42%
Day of Defeat REQUIRES UPDATE Amount aquired 51%
Half Life 1 is now greyed out Amount aquired 0%

When loading a saved game on some of the User created sp maps, AI Disabled
comes up on the screen. When this happens all of the characters in the game
just stand around doing nothing. Is there a quick cure for this?

having problems running hl2 after upgrading to a 6600gt
agp graphics card, I think it is the SIS chipset on the  motherboard,
anyone with a similar problem. I have already tried
5 different drivers and got the latest AGP Chipset driver

Are any of you old timers MySpacers?

Just got a question about the psp. Ive got the US version of the psp and
just like to know if european games from the UK launch in September will
work on the system. The games have been coded by region so my US psp says
itll only accept games which have a region of '1' or 'ALL'. ...

Okay, so I am a dummy.
Trying to play "Truth in Chaos" on the World Map of CS - Deleted Scenes.
I can not even get started.  I only see one side door and I can not get it
open.

valve is making a hl2 steam free version only for consoles
is that a surprise?
for those like myself which know very well what valve plans

Some tactics I use in Counterstrike:
- Wait near an AFK on your team, and an enemy will come along and kill
him. While the enemy is distracted killing the AFK, shoot the enemy.
- Grenade spam from your spawn. Works well for the T's on Italy.

i tested HL:source on an Radeon 9800 and a GeForce 6800.
The GF-card does not display the overlay on surfaces
like the Radeon does. Eg.: metall surfaces appear shiny
on the Radeon card while the Geforce does not show this ehancement.
