I'd imagine someone will do a GFX suitability for HL2 review, but has
anyone seen one?
I figure that since HL2 has been delayed because of the leak, chances
are that a top-notch card isn't needed. Not unless they've increased

Now we see 1gb as easily achieveable for most users. I have been told to set
the virtual memory settings to 0
This will speed the PC up.

as we know Australian "perception" is developing the stargate game. a good
friend of mine has just been employed to work on the team and he is one of a
very few who can convert pc game engines to ps2 in Australia. that's right
folks, stargate will be on ps2 as well as pc. bugger, ...

It's installed.  It's running.  It hasn't scanned my hd's yet.  I recall
playing HL TF online a LONG time ago.  That still work?  So, I don't
have CS.  I have HL and OF plus some mods.  I am thinking all this stuff

My EDGE mag came this morning. HL2 score 10/10. Only the fifth 10/10 score
given in around 12 years, and afaik the first PC game ever to receive one.
This has tipped the balance; I will be ordering via Steam this afternoon!
