I can take off, raise the gear, tilt forward and back.
Right now, this is mostly a hover craft. The only forward motion that I get
is when I tilt forward. But that's REALLY slow forward motion.

How far can you fly out to sea in SA?
With VC, it was NOT very far ... you fly out a little ways, hit a "wall",
then get bounced back toward shore.

Actually increased anything ceiling but the Hydra seems to climb faster. If
you use the 'Cars Float Away On Impact' the vehicle that floats away doesn't
appear to have a maxinum altitude. I've tried it a few times by ramming a
hydra with a bike/bicycle...the Hydra doesn't take ...
