Can anyone help me figure out what I am missing?  I have done everything
according to a 100% walkthrough, but I only show 98%.  This is on a PC.

Just re-reading some old posts about taking territories. The yellow square
around the boat school is still on my map but I've gotten 100% territory.
Anyone know why doesn't this count? I've tried starting a feud there.
Usually if I shoot one of the gang they just run away. But ...

How do you start a street race in VC? I go round the back of the car
shop, look at the map, select a race, and then what do I press? I've
tried Enter, fire, space, mashing the keyboard, none of them work.

Taking over all the LS territories and I notice one tiny little yellow
square still exists in the mass of green, but no Vagos ever hang around
there. Tried shooting some of my Grove Street gang (they are gang members
after all) but they ran away.
