Discovered by accident, doing the Frostfell quests, that they seem to
have added a new safeguard: if you try to hand an NPC a stack of more
than one item, it used to only give you credit for one of the items.
Now it won't let you do it at all.

I was just playing on Escape to Norrath to pass time since I'm not

Wow, as of 11:45pm PST, the network status page showed all servers
DOWN except AB, Al'Kabor, and Escape from Norrath.  And the patch
info at the bottom said the server were coming down at 4am for 8
