how can i get either game working with vista? my computer spec is:

Been playing Oblivion for awhile now...but...
(1)  Where is the spell, levitate?  I loved it in Morrowind, when I could
make it into a permanenced ring of flight.  It would really look great with
Oblivion's technology.

How do I put multiple effects on an item when enchanting it?
I've got the Star of Azura which will hold some might powerful souls but
it seems only one as well as Grand soul Gems but I can only use one at a
time.

I've been taking a break from Morrowind and playing Fallensword.  I notice
this news group has been very quiet.  Fallensword is very different from

Does anyone know when and where to make enchanted weapons and spells in
Oblivion?  One of the characters mentioned at least the spells, but I cannot
seem to find the location.

Since I've been having so much fun with Oblivion on my PS3, I thought
I would try playing Morrowind. I can't find a Playstation version,
but, I do have the original (not GOTY) edition for the PC, and it my
laptop supports it.
