I have just joined the Mage's Guild to get access to the Arcane University
to learn how to use my ingredients. But they all still have 3 out of 4
effects unknown. Is there somewhere I should go or do to fill in the blanks?

I just started Morrowind, I know I am a little late, but better late
than never. I have played CRPG's in the past including Arena and
Daggerfall, so not a complete newbie. I do have some questions after my
first 2 hours of gameplay.

I've been playing Oblivion for a couple of weeks now and lately the
game starts te freeze more and more frequently. When this happens I
lose all controls and have to restart the game. is this a common
problem and how can I solve this?

How big is the normal Data folder for oblivion? I'm curious because i
want to know how much space my various mods are using, but they're all
mixed with the normal data files atm.

I've been playing around with a Spellsword character lately, and I've been
using a lot of thief skills, which kind of led me in a different direction.

Doh, I wish I'd read the Oblivion Wiki more closely. A few recent quests
have turned up some good weapons, including one which I assumed was by far
the beat as it did Drain Health for 40pts over 6 seconds. I assumed that
this meant that it would do a total of 240 points of damage ...

After not finding any relevant threads, I thought I'd ask:  Has anyone
got a problem with Oblivion crashing when saving?  Mine is doing it

there, easy to join, and the rewards were nice. But, ive just finished
Oblivion, and decided MW is better, and more full of things to do. So basic
