Hey everyone!
For those of us who don't yet have the game (need new 'puter) or the guide,
was wondering how the guide is? Sort of helpful and humorous like the
Morrowind guide or more spoiler plagued like a walkthrough?

The first one: What do vegetables and bread are used to in ED IV ?
The second one: Can I sell forks, plates and such things stolen to
anyone in ED ?

I tried to go on board the pirates ship at the Imperial City water
front, and they attacked me, so I killed them. Is this going to cause
problems later in the game? Will I miss out on any cool quests or
anything?

I'm feeling just a little unhappy right now.  I modified / corrected my
hardware for a little cost but much irritation to play Oblivion.  And
finally I get a new character up to third level.  I'm leaving the sinkhole

experienced absolutely butter-smooth gameplay with no CTDs at all and I'm
running at 1024 x (?) resolution at high details.

is there a "heal other" type of spell anywhere in the game?  It'd be
incredibly useful if you have a bonehead NPC that you need to keep alive
during an encounter...

Ok, I made it to the glade and  killed everything.  And I found a tear.  But
when I took it to S'drassa there were no new dialogs and I couldn't give it
to him.
What am I missing?  Are there a minimum number to find?  There really hard

I was doing the start of the main quest where you have to shut the gate
to the Oblivion plane and then escort Martin somewhere.  After it was
closed and I had to help clear the city I seemed to be able to attack
the imp guys while other Allies were attacking them with no

I somehow missed setting up my class at the beginning of the game, and
now am pretty far into it.  I haven't been able to level because my
skills menu isn't broken down into minor and major because my Class was
never chosen.  Does anyone know that if somehow the class wasn't chosen

Now that everyone's been playing for a while, what do you think of the
difficulty level?
I'm playing at the default game setting; early on The game seemed reasonable
challenging, but after I got excepted into the mages guild it's gotten way

I have a X2 4800+, with 2gig ram, 7800 gt card, and plenty of virtual
ram(HD space).
There is no way I'm out of ram on this rig. I rebooted, reinstalled. No

    So sometimes I can get the thing to work and sometimes not..  Choppy at
times, smooth at other times, sound often muddled (This seems to be the
major problem.) and other random CTD problems.  I'd sure as hell like to get
out of that dungeon and see the world.

Like in Morrowind, now i use fsautostart for closing all the unnecessary
programs on my pc.
