I was presuming that it was vampiric, decrease the target's health and
increase mine, but something I read has confused me.  I think it as a spell
description that indicated that after the duration the "stolen" health would
be returned.  My weapons did not have durations on them.  ...

Mark and Recall Amulets?  I remember getting them through the Mages Guild in
an earlier game, or maybe they were part of Hlaalu quests?  Well, now I'm a
beefy Redguard tank, and won't be doing Hlaalu OR Mages Guild (damn them!
whiners!) but I sure could use these amulets...

I'm doing an Imperial Legion quest in Ald-ruhn that requires me to search a
pottery enthusiasts' house for Dwemer artifacts and then bring them back to
the Knight-Commander (or Imperial Overlord or Mistress of Dark Enthusiasms
or whatever), but I can't find any Dwemer ANYTHING in ...

one (where you sneak near an unmoving enemy, rest something on the keyboard,
and then go to bed, and in the morning your sneak is near 100) or the
Swimming Forever Against the Rock one, but I stopped after ...
