When I was in the middle of the blades quest, Caius was going to the

    I've just started with Morrowind GOTY and this game has anything
I've played beat to high heck.  I have perused many sights and even
loaded two plugins.  Created a MageBlade class where Marksman and

"Old Imperial fellow?  Legion veteran?  Named Wulf?  No.  Nobody like
that up here that I remember.  Don't remember any old legion veterans
here at all.  Not in a VERY long time.  I could be wrong, but I don't
think so."

I've reinstalled Morrowind, added the Tribunal and Bloodmoon
expansions (I apparently had Tribunal installed previously) and
patched the game to the latest version. No mods are installed, and
none were installed when I last played in spring.

I play a pretty unmodded game, but I'm using RealSignPosts.  I haven't
installed Bloodmoon yet, and am wondering if signposts in the new areas
will appear as the old ones did in MW?  Or is there maybe an update to
Realsignposts?

  I have grand soul gems with winged twilight and fire antronch,
but cannot get the enchanters to give me anything with constant
effect...Do only certain enchanters offer this service?
