I have a problem with BF2142 that is driving me nuts.
After playing with no problems for 9 months the game
has started freezing on me...first couple of times in the
'Customize' menu and now it won't load more than half

i lost my profile on bf2 due to some sort of crash.i now have all the crap
weapons.is there a way to get my profile and stats back please????

I know my machine is less than a gamer, AMD 3800+ 64 single core, a gig
of PC3200, and a 120 gig ATA HD, and gfc7600gs256.  BF2 seems to take
forever to load, and connecting to an online game is hit or miss with the
HD thrashing (loading, verifying, yadayada) I many times get ...

Is there any way to make BF look better on a wide screen monitor?  I already
have all the setting maxed.

In Half-Life 2 multiplayer games like mods, I get incoming voice
communications online (Internet). However, in Battlefield 2 (BF2), I
don't. Am I missing something to have incoming voices. I don't have a
microphone to send my voices.

But I recently bought STALKER, I have no idea why they put a crosshair in

I've played a lot of the B1 clan's Jalalabad server. It used to be a great
place to play a fair game but lately have noticed a lot of one shot kills,
other players tk'ing for vehicles, and more server hacks (vehicles raining
down in multitudes) and they just don't seem to care... ...

There has been a lot of discussion on here recently about cheating. Some
claim to have seen it but most seemed to think it is rare. I have often
suspected people of using aim boys but don't really know enough to say one
way or the other.
