Demo preformance vs Full Game preformance30 Aug 2006 13:58 GMT8
I have just down loaded the demo for BF2 and played a single player
game with satisfactory performance on LOW detail settings.
Before I buy the full game though; I wanted to get some feedback on the
performance of the full game, compared to the demo.

Ok, I've completely reinstalled the game still the same thing. Only change was a
different monitor. WTF?
Sure last monitor was a CRT, this one is an LCD, but why should it matter to the
game?

There I was, in a tank on Wake Island.  Crossing a bridge to take the
village just beyond it when I notice a neat little row of disc-shaped
objects just in front of me.  SSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS, and I stopped just in

I really like Battlefield 1942 and Battlefield vietnam28 Aug 2006 11:29 GMT9
Those are certainly the best games EA has ever made.
Those are so much better than ghost recon series or medal of honor or
similar. The realism is very good, enemies are hard to see, like in real
life if they are camouflaged. There are no stuped saves or checkpoints, like

There I was, machine gunner on a tank.  The enemy commander dropped a
vehicle on the tank, killing me.  The tank driver was charged with
Tk-ing me.
What about that?

I've seen this a few times, but right now its very repeatable and

all score, ranking, upgrades, rank etc.  It logs me in and I can play
Fix-list from DICE26 Aug 2006 16:09 GMT17
Since your all waiting for the delayed patch anyway,
I thought I would give you the latest news from DICE.
That would at least kill a few minutes. :-)

Screenresolution26 Aug 2006 08:58 GMT9
I have just bought BF 2. In my computer I use the 1280x1024 resolution. This
is not an option on the game. My PC tells me to change to that resolution
all the time. I am not able to play because of this message.
How can I solve this problem?
