Has anyone ever been driving (fast!) in a jeep, then hit/killed by a
tank -shell- (shot from a long distance), and the jeep suffers
absolutely no damage? It just happened to me in an MP game. Never saw
that one before; The jeep always blows-up when hit by a shell.

What really does the refresh rate have to do with performance. I was
running on 60, change to 70 and had no noticeable difference.

I can't get it back in the list. The server is TNT Clanservers, El Alamein 24/7.
I use "add a server" @ ASE but all I get is a blank line, I've tried to add the
server IP; 216.32.94.146:14567 to the in-game server list but I keep getting a

Just changed out my Geforce 3 Ti200 for a FX5700LE.  While the screen
quality has increased considerably, the card doesn't seem to run
Battlefield quite as smoothly as the Ti200.  I've tried the latest
drivers and the ones that came with the FX5700, with no noticeable

I started to read a book yesterday (a history of the 3rd Reich) and
came across a map showing the growth of German occupied countries
during WW2.  It showed all the neutral territories, one of which being
Sweden.  I always knew that Sweden was neutral, but why?

 If in 32-player MP game, and all players experience severe lag at
the same moment (or see the, "Warning, Connection Problems Detected"
display message), does this usually mean the host-server is unable to
provide the bandwidth necessary for that moment?
