Is it me or is te server this tool is supposed to connect to never up?

Isn't EAX supposed to make reverb and effects sound different as
you go into different environments, such as from jungle to

I used to be in a small clan that a few friends and I started, but it never
really got off of the ground.  I really am looking for a good bunch of
people to play seriously with.  With that in mind, I'm a fairly decent pilot

I need some help from all you computer geniuses.
For some time now I've been considering getting a new
video card. I'm now happy with the performance I'm getting
from the one I have now. My specs.

Battlefield 1918 total conversion mod V1.0 is out,
300mb download, has coop bot support in it, 9 new bf1918 maps, plus Bocage
with a flyable Zepplin.

I was browsing them, then got a "connection refused" message when I went to
switch forum topics....

I bought and installed BF:V today and I am experiencing some nasty
performance issues. At some points the framerates drop to 3-4 and the
max fps I get is around 30. I have tuned the videosettings down to
medium and disabled "shadows" and "lightning"  - but no success.

Some halftracks can repair tanks that are close by and some can't. How can I
tell which is the good kind before I drive it over miles of terrain to help
out some tanks?
