USB Sound02 Jan 2004 18:17 GMT1
Anybody using USB sound to play BF 1942?  I'm in need of a new audio adapter
and I saw some good deals on external USB units.  I would like to know if it
sounds good with games and if there is a performance hit vs. something like
an Audigy 2.
Desert Combat 0.6f upgrade...any suggestion to combat lag and choppiness?02 Jan 2004 17:51 GMT6
Ever since the upgrade the lag went up 30% for me. I wind up gettin' fragged
or dont see people going by me, that I never miss on Secret Weapons, Road to
Rome and so on. The lag tends to knock off after 3-4 minutes...but sometimes
you get really short games hehe.
Server Uno Request02 Jan 2004 13:41 GMT5
I am a die-hard vanilla fan, it's still my favorite. But can we start
running through the mods please.  I don't think an announcement or vote
would be necessary, just slap one on for a day, see if it's hated or loved
and slap another on the next day, and maybe vanilla in between ...
OT: Wish me luck02 Jan 2004 13:18 GMT13
Tomorrow is my bachelor party ... my friends are planning on quite the day

I hope I can get up Sunday AM w/o my head splitting.  Golf, drunk wiffle
ball, beer, bbq, etc...

For you guys with headsets...02 Jan 2004 05:22 GMT9
How exactly do you use them within the game?  First of all do you
have the one earpiece headset?  Is there a way to route Ventrillo to the
Headset, and BF 1942 to the big speakers?  I am going to get a
Playstation 2 headset that has only one earpiece, but I found out it

[AGB] New Year Celebration01 Jan 2004 16:54 GMT11
I got this silly idea after a full stomach from lunch. Since this is the first
new year's eve for AGB, everyone should get together on zero o'clock to fire
some gunshots. It is better be a dark map and small. Kursk came to my mind.
Everybody get to the high ground between the two ...
