I have had the best luck with the new clonecd and daemon  tools, so easy
even I could do it!  DL Clonecd (demo will do) make a copy of cd on hd using
'GameCD' settings for copy protection.  Then install daemon tools and when
it's running click the emulation to 'all', then go to ...
