so here are two polls.

I've got problems with my BF1942 Dedicated Linux Server (v1.45).Since I heard
that it's not possible to use v.1.5 I decided to use the previous version.
Installation and running is no problem, but connecting with a win32 client is
not possible!A few seconds after trying to connect ...

I have had it up and running just fine.  Installed .5L and it signs on
goes to black screen then I am back at my M$ screen I started from.  So,
I deleted all BF files, reinstalled, BF, RTR and SW and tried from there
and same thing.  I checked the file tree for any thing out of ...

Well i am off for home where they have a 500 mhz computer that can
barely handle e-mail. So.. no BF for me for the next week or so!

Just getting into BF 1942 even tho I have had it for a while, but been
hooked on ET for a bit. Anyhow, I have been going thro single player maps
for training before going online and found a map with planes. These planes

on DC sea rigs today, lt. birdy got a hold of the big transport chopper,
and, when asked to fly it "high", went a little too far. when i spawned in
it about 10 min into the game, i ran out but didnt chute just yet. on the
way down i saw 6 parachutes of poor people who parachuted ...

any easy way to get the sodding throttle working on the X45 in BF1942 !?!
seems it is axis 4 and the stupid joystick software has one of the rotary
knobs as axis 3..........
BF only recognises 4 axis from what I have read here or somewhere.
