| Stalingrad, Enemy at the Gates | 05 Dec 2003 21:52 GMT | 43 |
Watched "Enemy at the Gates" (Jude Law, Ed Harris) on TV last night. I forgot what a great movie that is. A really good depiction of the events during the battle of Stalingrad. And for those who enjoy playing snipers, it is awesome. Certainly better that "Sniper" with Tom Berenger. ...

Hey guys, I know there are a lot of you in here that do plenty of IT work, and probably have email servers running at your businesses, but I use our ISP's email service, which has been nothing but a hassle. I was wondering if any of you can recommend an email or even web with ...

| Teamspeak Problems | 05 Dec 2003 15:02 GMT | 2 |
I am trying to use teamspeak with battlefield 1942. Teamspeak works but when I get on battlefield 1942, the screen to select weapons is shown (knife, pistol etc) and it just keeps making a clicking noise and cycling thru the selections. I am also not able to fire a weapon.

Just in case anyone else has this problem. When I tried to log on to the SW server today it would load the map then stop and say "data differs from server". I tried reinstalling 1.5 patch, still no go. So I looked at the init con file in XPack2 and it still said 1.45 for the ...

Last night on DC weapons bunker...he was sniping from a long way off....at one time I deathcam found him and he was very far away. The admin that kicked him said that he had the fog hack...is there a way to tell besides how far away he was? I've suspected him before...if so, he ...

| ASE question | 05 Dec 2003 04:42 GMT | 2 |
Sigh...still a n00b and asking silly questions..... When I log onto ASE, I often get an option to download an update - usually to DC. How do I separate the wheat from the chaff? I don't want to miss a good map, especially if it's one used by AGB, but

| Lucky timing on DC No Fly Zone Day 2 | 05 Dec 2003 04:16 GMT | 5 |
The air over the opposition base was thick with AAA, missiles, Stingers, etc. and my A-10 was shedding health like crazy. I saw I was about two notches from fragland just as I dumped a couple of bombs on one of the target hangers. The A-10 was near death and had slowed up enough ...

The Doc's cut what was left of my finger off last night. I was warned that it might happen... Be careful when moving 200lb TV's for your friends...I got my right index between the TV base and a metal stairway...just about severed it. Anyway, it
