Few days ago I was on server uno wandering around Wake until other players
showed up.
Only one did. He started like: "do you want to be owned?" and "shall I kill
you during 1 vs 1?" and some messages stating "" I am the best!" so I agreed

I haven't seen anyone playing on it for a couple of days?  Am I just
not looking when it's busy, or what?

Am considering upgrade.
Does Video card affect dedicated server ability?
Is CPU and Memory the main criteria?

Every time I've tried it with the wrench, nothing happens.  Am I doing it
wrong?
