I haven't played Doom in years. My son recently came across my Final Doom
for Win98 CD and got me to install on my current poot. I done this and added
doom.wad and doom2.wad found in a dark dusty corner. My problem is that all
four of the games hang the poot and at no particular ...

i recently had to reimage my machine here at home. since its been a
little while since i have installed doom3 and roe, i have have an
installation question.
what sequence should i install doom3, the 1.3 patch and roe.

RoE updated Doom to version 1.2.
I then ran Doom, and it asked if I wanted to upgrade to version 1.3. I
downloaded the 1.3  update, but it says it's already patched to version 1.3

I am making a PWAD (for Doom II), and I need to know how to import a
custum texture, so that I can use it for a wall or a flat. I've made
the textures in MS Paint and Adobe Photoshop and have saved them as
128x128px BMPs. I am using Xtentable Wad Editor.

OK, I made a mistake :( I loaded a saved game after starting Doom II in
no-monsters mode. Then I saved it in the same slot. Now, I seem to have
lost all the monsters in that saved game irrespective of how I start
the game. Is there any way I can get my monsters back?
