Great game - Doom3!! Also, just finished playing F.E.A.R. I need more of these games to satisfy my addiction. Anyone know of other similar FPS games like these? Has anyone played or seen 'Condemmed: Criminal Origin'? Looks really good

Is there any utility to convert old Doom 2 lmps to Zdoom/Jdoom compatible lmps? Or perhaps to make an AVI file out of the demo? On a related note, why does Doom 2 (the classic version) run so slow on XP?

i been playin dom3 2005 for a week and those helped me alot.. you will like it too:P cheat : in console ctrl/alt/\| type this giveall -gives you all ammo and weapons

Can't get a USB or a wireless mouse to operate in Doom II. Anybody had this problem with XP? Game seems to work ok - just the mouse is inoperative. No problem in WinMe... Thanks.

Okay, so I have this silly desire to extract lots of Doom/Doom2 (the originals, not these fancy modern polygon-based things) wall and floor and ceiling textures, to use in The Sims 2 (I think it'd be funny to have a happy little family living in a house with Doom

Help!!! Im in the Admin stage, trying to gain access to "Alpha Labs" .. Hoew do I gain access to hte security lockers I pass on the way. I need the access codes or the password. Where do I get the combination or the pass code??

I have been trying to track down releases of massive amounts of levels. I have my eye on DZone Collectors Edition (2000 Levels) but it is for the Macintosh and I have a PC. Does anybody know if the Macintosh wad files would be compatible with the PC version of Doom?

I have a Dell Pentium 3 with a Winfast A1808B 3D-video card with 128MB ram (on the video card). When I try to play Doom 3, the graphics move jerkily instead of smoothly.

I downloaded and installed the duct tape mod, but it doesn't work. Anyone know how to do this properly so it will work? Thanks.

Since there is no FEAR group I thought I might give it a try here. I just strated playing FEAR and I am already stuck, so I went to see if there is a walkthrough available and there is, here is what it says I should do: CHECKPOINT- Hey wheres your mom?!

fist off, i love seeing classic doom in doom 3 style. my system is a celeron d 3.0 ghz processor, 786 meg memory, ati 9200 128mb card and a creative live! 24 bit sound card. not a thing to write home about, but it can play doom 3 with it.

In MM and MM2--Memento Mori for those who don't recognize it--there are a ton of hidden areas, especially in mm2. Question: how does one get there? Are those for co-op play? Death Match only? even in MM1 I had difficult finding all the hidden areas, and could not find very many

OK . I I need a better video card. At least that what Im being told. I m trying to play Doom . My video is pretty jerky and the entire game is darker that I can manage. Not fun..
