I haven't played much in a long time and followed this group even less.
Recently I found some old notes, questions I've meant to ask here but
never got around to posting.
In some cases I even don't remember why I wanted to ask them, anymore :-)

Some really nice person donated a bone visage giant skull to me, so I'm
looking to compare it to the ptopazes steelskull I was using (dual leech
and mf). I'm less worried about the mf, and I like the higher def. The
thing I'm going to miss is the extra leech. I thought for sure ...

I'm new too, how does a act 2 merc with infinty polearm solve your mana
problem. What am I missing here??????????

My first HC (normal) Hellforge in over two years, and what do I get?  An
EL !
Along with a single pgem and two or three flawless and a flawed gem.
And, I only got blue stuff from fatso besides. :(

Anyone got one and willing to trade it that would be great.

So I played my untwinked windruid in the West AGD hardcore ladder game
on the weekend, advancing to 23, almost all of it solo (my thanks to
those who quested with me, though).  No other quests left to do, so I

I notice there's little mention of these (crafted items) here. I assume
this is because uniques and runewords are superior, or am I wrong (since

I have just started the Hell level for the first time (single player),
as a Paladin.  The increase in difficulty is obvious.  I have pretty
good support from the Merc I picked when I first started the game (she

Some personal rules for the non tele melee player for relatively quick AS
key runs.
1. Bring elemental damage or the PI Specter's will drive you crazy.
2. You shouldn't try to kill everything in front of you. It just wastes time

After taking a break from the game for a while (thank Microsoft for
