I thought that from countess there is guaranteed at least one rune - today  
I rushed my new sorc through normal and completed all quests in nightmare

I have a pretty good sorc, great in NM.
She dies in Act 1 hell to easily. The
cold immunes are killing her.
I have a good merc with fort and insight.

Last night I did 24 key run games.  I can do all three key runs in a
game with my necro.  Out of the 24 runs I got 2 Hate keys, 1 Terror key
and no keys from Nilly.  I was also keeping track of how many times the
vipers showed up which was 20 out of 24 runs.  It seemed like it used ...

A friend and myself have been doing Nilly runs, always with his trapsin
and usually with my necro as crowd control and to CE the crap out of
Nilly's room. The big problem is vipers. I just don't know how to deal
