Being a big fan of Blizzard's real-time stategy games like Starcraft
and Warcraft 3 I recently bought Diablo 2. I tried installing it on my
Ibook G4 (OS X) and for some reason after installing the game it tells
me to insert the "Play disc." I do, however, it reads the play disk for

I mule a LOT in HC and try to switch characters and accounts slow, but
i stillget rhelm down and lose gear. I've learned to pick up the best
stuff first.   But what's your opinion on what exactly triggers the
rhelm (whatever that may be, cause my friends stay on) to shut down.

I started a throw-barb (SP) and am at clvl 26. I noticed that flying
axes or balanced axes have very crappy damage. He's now using the
Death set, with Berzerker helm and armor, Sigon sheild for the +1
skill, doing 49-138 damage.

I agree fully with my zoomancer- gloams are the bane of all existance, and
characters should be allowed to smack their mercs.
Wandering throught the Great Swamp (Act 3 Hell), I encounter one.  A stream
of lightning comes in from off-screen, and my life is now down to 5%.  I

I found Trang's Armour and Leoric's the other week and decided to build
a Necro.  I had used Necro's before but never really had any time in
Hell - I got my a.s kicked on the Blood Moore trying to summon and
quit.

I've just found this playing SP LOD.  Is it worth keeping?

i've been on this community for a few weeks and i know i've seen some

I started an enchatress today to give some of my charcaters a damage boost
for hell.but im to lazy to wait till act 2 for my merc so i got my level 86
barb to give her a quick rush to act 2. so i get there get my merc to tank
for me. i get back to act 1 to start leveling her alls ...

I think that when you rescue Anya she should scan your character and give
the character some kind of Item that would benefit the kind of character you
are. For instance a Barbarian that uses Sword Mastery given a Helm or
something of the sort that benefits Sword Mastery not like ...

I have been seeing more and more players with really exotic weapons bearing
some really freaky runes.
1) Where are y'all getting these runes??
2)  Where are y'all getting these weapons?

well, my newly born Druid just has reached Hell diff at level 68 (SP). He
was born last thursday at level 33 with the -act5 trick. As I don't like
normal diff, my Enchantress got him to Nightmare in about 2 hours.
Now he was all on his own, but I twinked him as much as I could ...

i was searchin through a list of newsgroups, lookin for any romance music
(not for me, well kinda... dont ask).  and what was the group at the top of
the list?  alt.games.diablo2.necromancer. i was searching under romance.
