I just installed Direct-X 9 and a new Geforce 5600 card. Now, when I click
to run D2, I get the following message:
Error: 25: A critical error has occurred while initializing Direct3D.
I tried to run the VidTest thing and it says I have no supported video modes

i lost my cd of LOD but still have the case with the cd key anyone know where i can download LOD

I was playing my Assassin in act4 normal and I just got level up (from 24 to
25). I was alone in The Plains Of Despair, because the other players were in
act 5. About 20 seconds after my level up I got the "connection iterrupted"
message.

In my closing cinematics, there was an X-rated scene with Tyreal and
Mephisto having sex. Could this be a possible bug from Battle.net?

I have a problem with my Diablo CD. The speed of the tracking is very
discutable....(lost control of fights many times because of that damn
weakness) I noticed that a kind of white opacity occured on the damn
CD (protective coating deteriorating ??)

Ok, installed Windows XP Pro when I replaced my motherboard which fried itself.
LOD wouldn't run, so I reinstalled D2.
Put in the LOD disk, surprise, it doesn't install, just asks if I want to play.
Neat, maybe reinstalling diabloii fixed it!
