What's the score with buying and registering a second hand copy of HL2? I
seem to recall that a key, once registered via Steam, couldn't be
re-registered even if it has a new owner. Is that the case?

Quite often the sound on my half life 2 is skipping, do I need a dedicated
sound card as it is currently using the built in sound card. Or would extra

I just started playing counterstrike source this August. I see alot of
names in the players list with some strange looking letters in their
names. I've tried those Alt+ numbers and I can only find some of them.
Are those fonts in the CounterStrike folders? How do i use them?
