I've just installed a CounterStrike Dedicated Server, and everything seems
to be working fine :-) Now I'd like to know what it is I have to do to get
sound effects like "Head Shot" and "Dominating" to work while we are playing
the game.

OK, so I bought the Counter Strike Anthology CD, just to get an account
