I want to know a good spot to d/l the game.  any suggestions

Anyone know or can make a custom spray for me?

I'm looking for an Instant Messenger, which can display Messages
in the foreground of the screen (WinXP) while CS is running.
It should handle ICQ and of course not bring the game to background
or even kill it. You can say a kind of "teamspeak".

what happened to it? been dead for over a week now....

Don't friggin laugh but the only copy I have is UT and it sayd I need

I am having a problem with high ping when I play on a source server usually
around
150-200.  But when I play regular CS I average around 50.  Can anyone help
me

i have the 5 disc version of HL/C-S but am having problems installing it. I
have had it for a while, and removed it from my computer for a reformat. Now
I am tryingto get it re-installed and am getting an error message (1334)
every time the 4th disc begins loading.

After over a week using Steam I have come to the conclusion that I don't
want this piece of bloated crap on my system anymore.
It's a great pity to see such a good game as CS being buried by a sh.t piece
of software like Steam.

I CANNOT get my mic to work in game. I can hear myself talking through
the speakers but no one in game can hear me.
I followed the steampowered options for the +voice+dsound 0 switch with
no luck.

I played CS 1.6 for the first time on one internet server and I was
delighted to see that if somebody starts camping soon he's killed by
lightning - LOL ! What's the name of that addon for CS 1.6 ?
I need it for a LAN game cafe, too much campers

Hello, I'm not sure if here is anybody who could help me.
I used a few custom weapon skins/models in CounterStrike:Source
and somebody told me now if I play on a VAC-server I get banned.
So, I would like to avoid it. How do I restore the original models

Anybody with a solution to this very annoying problem...
Everything runs okay but during gameplay I get a lag type stutter - ping
rate does not spike so I rule out lag.

Does anyone know what these messages mean when running a dedicated
Counter Strike Source server. Is it to do with incorrect CS1.6 challenge
/ quries to a CSS server, or something else?
