Reputation & Going to War20 Jul 2005 00:48 GMT14
Okay, I'm new but I'm trying to win on Monarch.  Not very easy for me.
So here's what went down...  I have France, and a tight group of cities
on a standard map.  I was pumping out horsemen and knights, but the
Zulu came flying in anyway.  I thought I could hold them, but they had
Help winning on Monarch... anyone?19 Jul 2005 21:01 GMT12
Just some suggestion, if you'll indulge me.
1) Best map size?
2) Best civ type?
3) Strategies for keeping up w/ techs?
Civil Disorder17 Jul 2005 21:55 GMT2
My forces where spread thin while taking out a neighbor civ.  Most of
the cities kept popping into disorder.  I noticed one had a messages
"Civil order intensifies. The mob has destroyed granary".  I didn't

the rules haven't changed very much in 400 years. Nobody can master
Will this affect my Reputation?16 Jul 2005 04:01 GMT8

units that can enter his territory and attack on the same turn. I have
no RoP with this civ.
C3C: Win all conquests movie - how to show.14 Jul 2005 19:01 GMT3
I successfully finished all of the conquests, but didn't realize that
there was anything special that was going to happen. Is there anyway I
can replay the movie that shows at that point? I have the most recent
conquest stored just before the win, so that if there is some way to
CivIII- CPU or memory?10 Jul 2005 21:00 GMT14
I'm now in year 2334 after having won the game
wanting to see if the AI would get bold and
challenge me. So far it hasn't and I'm still the BIG duck.
The game has slowed to a crawl however and wondering
cannon accuracy?02 Jul 2005 00:24 GMT6
Cannons have a bombardment range of two squares.  Are they more accurate
if you are only one square away, or should I just get within range and
shoot?  I find them to be of marginal usefulness because usually I'm
done taking a city before I can get them in place.
