What happens if i install civ3 + conquests, but not ptw?
will i have all the new civs/units? or are there some unique to ptw.
will ie be able to play multiplayer (over net, etc).

No matter how hard I try enemy cities do not want to revolt.
Sometimes enemy propaganda upsets my citizen, but nothing happens
as well; I would just go catch probable enemy spy. Is it even
possible to initiate a revolt by propaganda?

Now that I realize a bunch of roads being built make for more than just
easy travel, is the same true for rails?  I mean, will more track make
my commerce better funded?

I once found a solution to this issue - using som editor to chance a number
in a file, so that i will be able to built as many cities as i like without
getting the corruption penalty. But i cant remember how.
