Railroads in Civ431 Dec 2004 16:31 GMT40
Now that Civ4 is in development, I think serious attention should once
again be brought to railroads, a fantastic but much too simplistic
feature.
In Civ3, in all Civs, railroads are always the same. Whether you're

When I started I choose the Persian and then again I tried the Greek. On the
first move I found I had about 5 or 6 Emperors and the ...

Any ideas?
Planting forests26 Dec 2004 22:39 GMT1
Does planting forests pay? I realize it depends on where you plant it, and

Mod question:  increasing strategic resources21 Dec 2004 15:33 GMT2
I like to play random maps.  I want to increase the number of strategic
resources on the map (for example, oil).  How do you mod the rules?  Do
you increase the appearance ratio?  What exactly is the ratio?  The
help file is not very helpful.
Atten: Ref Making Embassies. Solved21 Dec 2004 05:06 GMT11

I'm sorry I didn't read your first posting carefully enough. But better later
than never.

Still having problems making embassies. Doubled clicked icon on map, star or
anything there for that matter. I'm playing 1.29g Civ III for Mac.
