that of another civ's?   i'm playing with 14 other civ's, and i need to know
what the other 7 are up to (how they feel about me, who they're

Occasionally I am moved enough to offer a freebie to a civ that either I
want to pacify or show that I am sorry for limiting his military might. Most
often they accept no problem, but recently a copule of civs did not want it.
Why?

At increasing levels of difficulty the computer is just as dumb as it
was before, it just gets more advantages. Is this because Firaxis was
unable to make the AI sufficiently challenging?
At Emperor and Deity difficulty, playing Civ3 is like playing chess

just bought PTW today, but when me and my friend play a hotseat game, no
matter what we do, the difficulty is chieftain! It's a f.cking drag! Anyone
else has the same problem? The game is of course totally useless unless this
can be fixed!

How low can the percentages go anyway.  I am the only one in Democracy
too.  Their people must have to be really pissed to sink that low in
Communism.
