I attempted to claim some of my veteran rewards last night (base items).
Never having built a base before, I can't figure out how to place the
gunrack or those cheesy posters.  Is there a restriction as to who can put
these in such as VG ranking?  Are there specific steps I need ...

...but that may be a good thing because I'm not sure if I want to play
my Fire/Fire Dominator. I tried soloing a mish last night and it took
forever and 2 deaths.

haven't yet had the time to try it out scientifically, but this is
